Welcome to I.M.Possible Power Post, the blog that, like my friend Carl, gym owner and personal trainer par excellence, will help push your mental boundaries to a whole new level of discomfort. No, just kidding! Not about Carl. Personal trainers are the hell we pay for physical prowess.
This is my inaugural blog in a thought provoking blog series that taps into brain science to enlighten, inspire, entertain and get you problem solving in new ways. There are so many awesome blogs by seasoned bloggers out there, I could spend days doing nothing but reading blog posts. So how is this blog going to differ?
I.M.Possible Power Post will help you visualize your brain as an I.M.Possible Muscle, capable of lifting you into a personal super i.m.power zone. As you build your ability to flex into that zone, you will find you are increasingly able to overcome challenge and accomplish feats that right now seem impossible.
Those of you who have read my book, I.M.Possible Muscle for the Mind, know I’m a serial life hacker, networker, researcher, pioneer and student, always ready to dive down the rabbit hole in search of new and wonder-filled aha moments.
